Statement of Purpose
The purpose of Angelica Ministries, LLC's MH Non-Center-Based Community Crisis Service is to develop a community-based service model for behavioral health crisis response, stabilization, and support.
Through a planned approach that includes assessment, intervention, safety planning, care coordination, and appropriate referrals, the service model is designed to support individuals experiencing behavioral health crises, promote safety and stablizatoin, and connect individuals with ongoing treatment and community resources that may support long-term wellness and recovery.
